This one-time event is a cornerstone effort to bring together over four non-governmental and charitable organizations for a focused training program designed to enhance business practices that create long-term, sustainable benefits for the communities they serve.
As part of Creciendo Juntos, the Kastle Foundation Initiative team will deliver tailored reports to each organization, offering professional recommendations on how to improve and expand their current income-generating activities. These recommendations are aimed at empowering the organizations to better serve their beneficiaries, ultimately fostering financial sustainability and greater community impact. Additionally, the event will include a comprehensive marketing education program to help participating organizations strengthen their outreach efforts, as well as inspirational testimonies from community leaders.
